Pam Rocker is a Certified DEIB Specialist, public speaker, award-winning advocate, and writer.
Connection, relationship building, and comedy are my passions. In addition to formal training in DEIB, strategic HR leadership, and human-centered learning, my expertise is backed by hundreds of hours of field-tested experience. The complex intersections of my own identities add inherent empathy into every aspect of my work.
I speak and consult on Diversity, Inclusion, Equity, Workplace Belonging, Leadership, People and Culture Strategies, 2SLGBTQ+ Inclusion, Change Management, and more. Let’s go beyond the surface of checkboxes and buzzwords and into the heart of what authentic belonging truly looks and feels like. How can we curate environments where everyone - and I mean everyone - can fully contribute and flourish?
Investing in respecting differences is imperative in our increasingly global marketplaces and workplaces. We want clients, audiences, employees, and leaders, to understand our values and see that our actions align with the world we want to see.
What makes me different?
I take this work seriously, while imbuing it with warmth and humour. My training at two of the most prestigious comedy incubators in the world (Groundlings & UCB) empowers me to operate with openness, agility, and grace. Spaces where differences are celebrated are statistically more creative and productive, and our learning should reflect this reality!
Join me to unlock the power of diverse perspectives and inclusive storytelling at your event, or prepare to supercharge your organization’s commitment to belonging. Whether you seek personal storytelling, impactful keynotes, engaging workshops, or tailor-made training sessions for your C-suite and teams, I am here for you.
I’ve been doing this work since 2010. I am constantly learning, but I don’t just follow the latest trends—I do what works, and I love what I do. Say goodbye to boring keynotes, cookie-cutter workshops, and patronizing platitudes, and hello to authentic, joyful, and sustainable change.
