Pam Rocker is a Certified DEIB Specialist, public speaker, award-winning advocate, writer, and educator.
2SLGBTQ+ equality, diversity, and having fun are my passions. In addition to formal training in DEIB, Strategic HR Leadership, Learning and Development, and working in a plethora of professional settings, I have decades of lived experience in the complex intersections of my own identities, and I bring this wisdom and empathy into every aspect of my work.
I speak and educate on Diversity, Inclusion, Equity, and Belonging, as well as Leadership, 2SLGBTQ+ Inclusion, Social Media Theory, Social Change, Change Management, and more. I go beyond the surface of checkboxes and buzzwords of DEI and into the heart of what belonging and leadership truly looks and feels like. How can we curate environments where everyone - and I mean everyone - can learn, contribute, and not only belong, but be celebrated? How can we seek to embrace our differences instead of flatten them and turn our fear into curiosity?
Join me to unlock the power of diverse perspectives and inclusive storytelling at your event, or get ready to supercharge your organization’s commitment to diversity! Whether you're seeking personal storytelling, impactful keynotes, engaging workshops, or tailor-made training sessions for your C-suite and teams, my approach is warm and innovative, backed by hundreds of hours of field tested experience.
I’ve been doing this work since 2010. I am constantly learning, but I don’t just follow the latest trends, I do what actually works. Say goodbye to boring keynotes, cookie cutter training sessions and platitudes, and hello to authentic, fun, and sustainable change!
Let’s work together! Contact me here.
